If your appliance is still within its Samsung coverage period, we will tell you so, and whether sending the repair back through Samsung makes more sense than paying us, even when that means we do not do the job. Check the purchase date first; some parts are covered for longer than the appliance as a whole.
Once that period has passed, the workmanship on any repair we complete is covered by us for 30 days, and a replacement part carries whatever coverage its maker gives it.
