The DVE45M5500W is an older-generation Samsung dryer (electric). An earlier model, no longer in Samsung’s current lineup.
On this platform, no heat during the cycle is one of the more common reasons it gets a service call. Unplug the dryer, and shut off the gas supply first on a gas model, before removing any panel. Given its age, we check part availability before starting work, so there are no surprises partway through the repair.
