Samsung named this built-in wall oven (electric) the NV51M9770D. An earlier model, no longer in Samsung’s current lineup.
One of the more common reasons this model needs service is uneven baking results between racks. Unplug the oven, or shut off its breaker, before removing any panel. Given its age, we check part availability before starting work, so there are no surprises partway through the repair.
