d0 appears on Samsung’s NZ30K7570 induction cooktop when a key on the touch panel has been pressed, or reads as pressed, for more than 8 seconds straight, per the manual’s Information Codes table.
Common Causes of d0
- Water or spills on the touch keypad
- An object resting on a control key
- Touch panel problem holding a key active
🔧 One Safe Check You Can Try
Check whether the touch keypad is wet or has anything resting on it, such as a utensil or spilled food, and wipe the panel dry and clear. Restart the cooktop with the power button. If d0 keeps appearing on a dry, clear keypad, the touch panel itself needs testing.
⚠ Why You Shouldn't Go Further Than That
- If clearing and drying the keypad does not stop d0, the touch panel control assembly needs replacing, which is technician work.
