The display says OF OF and the fridge is not cooling. Is it broken?

Almost certainly not. On Samsung refrigerators OF OF, O FF or a set of scrolling bars on the temperature display means Cooling Off mode - the demonstration setting used on showroom floors - has been switched on, usually by a button combination pressed by accident while cleaning the panel. The lights and screen work but the compressor stays idle. The owner’s manual for your model gives the exact combination to turn it off, and no part needs replacing for this.

What kind of code does a Samsung refrigerator show?

Unlike the letter pairs on Samsung’s washers, the refrigerator codes are a number followed by a letter: Samsung’s own US support article lists 21E for the freezer fan, 22E or 22C for the fresh-food fan, 76C for water detected in the Autofill compartment, 85C for low supply voltage, and the 83E, 85E, 86E and 88 88 group for power disturbances. Some models express the same problems as lit segments on the temperature display rather than text. Samsung’s advice on that page is worth repeating: leave the code on the display rather than unplugging the unit to clear it, because the stored code is what tells a technician where to start.

My ice maker keeps freezing up. Is that something I can clear myself?

A frost-bound ice maker on a French door model is usually a sign rather than the problem - air leaking into the ice compartment past a gasket or a poorly seated bucket, or a slow water fill that lets ice build where it should not. Once the freezer compartment is switched off and the ice bucket is out, you can let the compartment thaw fully, then run it again and watch whether frost returns within a few days. If it does, the ice room seal, the fill valve and the auger motor need to be checked rather than thawed again.
