What NC2 / NC3 Means

Common Causes of NC2 / NC3

- Magnet inside the accessory not detected, even when seated
🔧 One Safe Check You Can Try
Check that the heat exchanger protective cover (for NC2) or the dehumidifying kit (for NC3) is pushed fully into place, then restart the cycle. If the part is seated and the code returns, the magnet in the accessory or the sensor that reads it needs a technician’s test.
⚠ Why You Shouldn't Go Further Than That
- If a correctly seated accessory still is not detected, the problem is the magnet sensor on the main board, and that is a technician’s diagnosis, not a re-seating job.
