Samsung named this dryer the DV316LGW. An older Samsung model that has since been discontinued.
On this platform, the dryer taking much longer than usual to finish a load is one of the more common reasons it gets a service call. Unplug the dryer, and shut off the gas supply first on a gas model, before removing any panel. Given its age, we check part availability before starting work, so there are no surprises partway through the repair.
