What C to P Means
C to P appears when the cooktop is in use while Self Clean is started on the oven below it; Samsung’s article treats it as a reminder, not an error. Every burner or element has to be off before Self Clean will run.

Turn off every cooktop burner or element and let any hot element cool, then start Self Clean again. The message clears once nothing on the cooktop is drawing power.
⚠ Why You Shouldn't Go Further Than That
- There is nothing to repair; the range is refusing to run Self Clean and the cooktop together, by design.
